The company VALTER was established in 1990,based on the trade licence granted to the owner ing. Valér Štiavnický. In 2009 the company was transformed to Limited Liability Company. It persists up to this day.

The company has its own manufacturing operational facility. It is located in the town Sečovce on the Kochanovska 157 street.

The main focus of the company is the production of socks, elastic fiber, polypropylene fiber,dyeing of cotton and filature.
